Toronto work tends to arrive with more constraints attached: existing brand guidelines, a POS or CRM that has to keep working, and someone internal who will own the site afterwards.
02 Competition is the whole problem
Ranking for anything generic in Toronto is expensive and slow. What works is being specific: the neighbourhood, the exact service, the thing you do that the chain three doors down does not.
That is a content and structure problem more than a design one, which is why every build starts with what people are actually searching for in your postal code rather than a mood board.
03 Handover matters more at this size
Toronto clients usually have staff who will keep the site moving. A site nobody internal can update is a site that quietly dies about eight months after launch.
So the templates are built to be filled in, and we train the people who will be filling them.

Yes, and most of the work happens the same way it would if we were downtown: shared previews in a browser rather than static mockups. We come in for kickoff and handover where it helps.

Can you integrate with our existing POS or CRM?
Usually. GappeBaj runs direct orders into Clover so they land in the same ticket queue the kitchen already uses. If a system has an API we can generally talk to it.
