SEO, without the monthly report nobody reads
Most SEO retainers deliver a PDF of rankings for terms nobody searches and a list of tasks that do not change anything. We would rather fix the three things holding a site back and then tell you plainly what moved.
Get a site audit01 Technical first, always
A site that loads slowly, breaks on a phone or blocks its own crawling cannot be written out of trouble with blog posts. We start with what is actually broken: page speed, crawlability, duplicate titles, thin or missing pages, structured data.
This is unglamorous and it is usually where the ranking is hiding.
02 Local search, where most of your customers are
For a restaurant, a clinic or a trade, the map pack above the normal results is worth more than page one below it. That means a properly built Google Business Profile, consistent details everywhere you are listed, and a steady flow of reviews rather than a burst.
Service-area businesses without a storefront can rank here too. The address is hidden and a service radius is set instead.
03 Content that has a reason to exist
One page per thing people search for, written to answer that search properly. Not four hundred words of padding around a keyword.
If we cannot think of something true and useful to say on a page, we do not build the page. Thin pages actively hurt the rest of the site.
04 What you get monthly
What changed, what it did to traffic and enquiries, and what is next. Two minutes to read. If a month was quiet we say so rather than padding it out.
