The Brief

Great food. Empty delivery slots.

Urban Eats had just launched a delivery service alongside their dine-in offer. Two months in, delivery orders were averaging 8 per day — far below their break-even point of 30. They needed volume, fast.

We attacked the problem from two angles: organic through a complete Google Business overhaul, and paid through Meta Ads targeting hungry people in their delivery radius at the right times of day.

The Challenge

Delivery business barely breaking even

Their Google Business listing had no photos, no posts, and hadn't been updated in over a year. On Meta, they were running boosted posts with no targeting strategy and no call to action.

Our Solution

Local domination + time-targeted delivery ads

We rebuilt their Google Business presence from scratch and launched Meta Ads scheduled to run during peak hunger hours — targeting people within their delivery radius with mouth-watering creative.

The Outcome

8 orders a day became 55.

Here's what happened when we put the right strategy behind a great product.

By the Numbers
55
Average daily delivery orders (up from 8)
587%
Increase in delivery revenue
4.1x
Meta Ads return on spend
280
New Google reviews in 60 days

We went from barely covering delivery costs to running at full capacity within 6 weeks. The time-targeted ads idea was genius — we're busy exactly when our kitchen can handle it.
